access can't not quit

Hi,
when I close a database mdb (access 2k), I can't close Access window. But
the database is closed.
why? where ist the reason?

Further I received often the errror, "can't not open more databases".
I have checked, everywhere, where I open a form with "set frm = new
form_frmTest", I release it exclusiv with "set frm = nothing".
