I am trying to import a dbf file into access. When I pull down file import
and locate the file, the message comes back " jet db engine could not find
the object (tbl)...". Yet I can see the file in the import window. I have
tried relocating the file and retyping the path, but nothing seems to work.
Yet when I convert the file to .xls I can import the file.
What do I need to do to get the engine to see the dbf file?
