I am trying to automate a report that with data like the
below. All of the information currently exists in a
Access table but has not been utilized.
Occupancy Available %
Spaces
Bldg1 Male 64.5 73 88.4%
Female 0 0 0.0%
Bldg2 Male 44 44 100.0%
Female 18 27 66.7%
126.5 144 87.8%
Scenario:
My table contains 3 fields that would be pertinent...
Bldg Name, Room # and Sex.
Bldg1 115A Female
Bldg1 115B Empty
Bldg2 115A Empty
Bldg2 115B Male
I wonder what kind of condition I could use to label Bldg1
115B a Female room (above) I also have buildings with
A,B,C,D as well. I would need to say if Room ### A,B,C or
D is Female then all rooms are female.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
