automatically update your MYOB too?

It can if MYOB uses Jet or other databases (there are many) which can be
linked from Access and you know the userid and passwords which will allow
you to use those. It can, also, if MYOB is automation-enabled, and you know
or can find the automation objects. It will only be happenstance if someone
here has done what you want.

Yes, for the most part, MYOB offers ODBC connectivity to Access so you can
work with the MYOB tables seamlessly.
