Access Database design of similar structure to Outlook

I would like to know if there is a way that I can design an Access
application with a dashboard that looks and functions similar to Outlook
(tree structure window & modules windows). I have seen Microsoft applications
that were designed using .net and I am wondering if Access 2003 has an add-on
or an activeX application that can allow this design feature. I would Greatly
appreciate any help with regards to this question.
