Access Database won't update

I have two forms that will update the access database. The newest form gives
back a confirmation page but the database isn't updated. Sometimes I don't
receive a confirmation back. Is there a way to turn on some debugging
messages. Can someone help?

I've had similar problems and this is what cured them:

open the live (http://) web with FrontPage (file/ open web, type in the
http://), when the web opens in FrontPage for you open the pages with your
forms, right click the form and chose form properties, make sure they're
configured right, then hit tools/ web settings/ database (add, browse to
your db) verify and close.
then tools/ recalculate hyperlinks.
