There is no maximum number of records. The only limitation is on the
maximum sixe of the MDB file itself, which is 1GB in Access 97, 2GB in
Access 2000-2003. The *practical* limit is a bit lower than that,
though, as there's very little you can do in the database when you're
near the maximum size.
