Access Denied You are currently logged on as... Log on as adifferent user

Hi
I have a few users who get this error msg when trying to log on to PWA
2007.
"Access Denied You are currently logged on as... Log on as a
different user"
They have PM authority and one is Administrator. They have access to
Project Professional
How do I force them to log off?? And how did they get stuck?
I have checked the queue, and echeck if I could force check in - what
else can I do?
