Access Documentor? Xref for instance?

I used to use Speed Ferret to analyze my database, but they don't have
current versions.
Are there any other products out there?
I am looking particlrly for cross-refernce on tables, queries, and fields
whether in code or in other objects.

Total Access Analyzer, from FMS, comes to mind. It's pricey, though.
