Access does not import "HOME" field from Outlook 2003

For some reason the "HOME" phone field in Outlook 2003 is not recognized when
I select "Get External Data" from the Access Data Base. As I recall, a
previous version of access allowed me to create a one-to-one relationship on
the fields. Did that disappear?
