access downloaded program

Can my Access program be formatted or coded so that when my customer
downloads on their machine without Access installed, they will be able to
open it, fill out the form with their payroll, view the report with
calculated premiums and print it?

It isn't cheap but you can convert your db that you develop into a runtime
version that everyone will be able to use even without the full MS Access
program installed.

With Access 2007, MS made the runtime a free, downloadable program.
