Access Error Messages

I am having one or two difficulties with Access which some of you may have
come across before.
I am using Access 2003 .adp

1. My application (Access runtime application - created using the package
wizard) generates an Access Error (its the Send to microsoft error) for
certain user profiles on certain PC's but it's ok for other profiles. We have
tried rebilding PC etc.

2.This same error is sometimes generated when I try to access the code in my
app but this is completely inconsistent.

3.This same error is sometimes generated when a user hits enter after making
a selection from a combo box ( a few combo boxes are affected and I have
recreated them to no avail) - if the user uses the mouse to make the
selection it is fine.

Note:
I have compacted and repaired the DB - this happens on multiple databases.
I have compiled all the code.

Any ideas would be great.

Since it only happens on some computers, I would suspect those computers.
Bad memory is a good possibility. An even better one is a bad video driver.
Make sure the newest one is installed.

Does the problem follow the computer or the user profile? Does each user
have their own copy of the front-end file? Do these users have the necessary
write, change, and delete permissions on the folder that the adp file is in?
