access error

Hello,
I as getting this message from my access application.

Faulting application msaccess.exe, version 10.0.3409.0,
faulting module oleaut32.dll, version 2.40.4522.0, fault
address 0x0002927a.

What might the problem be?

It would help if you could post the code where this happens,
or describe the circumstances under which the error occurs.
A lot of fault finding anything is in the context.
