Access Form inport into word document

I am in a new position which needs some document revision. In short I need to
place a cascading combo-box set from an access database into an already made
Word Document. I am also using 2003 right now but intend to use 2007
eventually as that is the way we are headed. (Some units are already 2007
some are not.)
Please tell me how to import (or implant) as I have taken the last month
catching upon Visual Basic and would like to move ahead a lot faster. I am
thinking I should just start a new form in Access and skip the word form but
that may be longer than I would like to take. There will be other revisions
to the document, such as the option to add more form pages by clicking a
button should more pages be needed, but for now just this would be a big
help.
