Access Form to Web Page

Can I take an Access Form that I have been using for years
and duplicate it 100% in Front Page. This is my first
experience using Front Page so I am pretty Green.

Not directly. You could program an ASP or ASP.NET page to
perform the same function, but you'd have to code it from
scratch.
