I would like to know how to get information that is on the first page not to
repeat it on the following pages. What do I need to do to stop the repeating
and have a clean new second page?

It appears that you are putting controls in the Form's/Report's Page header
instead of the Form/Report Header.

Well I am am trying to add a subform to a form. I guess I am not
understanding the Access2003 text book second edition. Is the subform suppose
to go over top of what is already there?

We have NO way to know what you're doing. We cannot see your screen!

A Form (or Subform) is *JUST A WINDOW*. You do not need to "create a
new form" to add a new record, if that's what you're saying! Are you
trying to do so?

What is the structure of your tables?

What is the Recordsource property of your form?

What is the Recordsource property of your subform?

What do you mean by "go over top of"???
