Access forms, reports so SLOW

Hello,

I am making a database for a branch in Florida I am located in California.
My database resides in Florida server which I have access to. Currently I
am testing my database, which works fine for me in California, but it is a
little slow in opening forms, printing reports. Now the people in Florida
has the same problem. We use T1 lines. I know I am being brief about this,
but can anybody give me any clues? Thank you in advance.
