Access FPDTC.dll error

I keep getting the following error when trying to open a Microsoft Access
Database

"Your Microsoft Access database or project contains a missing or broken
reference to the file FPDTC.dll Version 1.0"

*To ensure your database or project works properly, you must fix this
reference.

Any ideas or pointers on how to fix this problem would be much appreciated.

I am running Microsoft Office Access 2003 SP1

Managed to fix the error by creating a new module within access then going to
tools, references and unchecking the tick box relating to the missing
FPDTC.dll
