Access Help : Auto Lookup Queries

I am trying to design an application for my office and I'm
getting by really well except for Auto Lookup queries.
I'm just not understanding it. Can anyone recommed a
good, thorough, user-friendly resource on how to set-up
Auto Lookup?

Are you talking about using Lookup tables used to fill in data for another
form or table or are you talking about DLookup, where you use code to look
up a value in another table to use in the current query, form or report?
