I need help. I built a report that has total routes and total cases
for each route. I sumed the cases and made a total for each route. How
or can I get a grand total sum of each group that has only total 450
cases or less in the group?

Given that we have no way of knowing anything about your table
structure, what you're summing, or how your report is constructed... I
have no idea.
