Access infopath by vendor

I am new to InfoPath.

We already published many infopath file in our internal share point portal
and our employes use those forms.

Now I have to make some of our vendors to access these files in offline mode.

If I share .xsn and .xml file, they are unable to access / open the file.

Please recommend a workaround for this issue.

Hello,

You have to open those forms in editor mode and check once 'publishUrl' or
'href' of that file? Whenever you try to open that file it will try to open
form from that path. This path is basically published location of your .xsn.
