Access InputMask issues

Whenever I click the InputMask wizard in Access 2002, it says I need to install XP Office Pro FrontPage 2002?
Do I have to go buy FrontPage 2002 to do this?

You shouldn't have to. With XP Office Pro the wizards
should self-install or should be on the installation CD at
least. Have you tried to continue the install with this CD
when it asks for it?
