Access install problem

I bought an office standard version of Office 2000
UK .Afterwards i managed to buy ( at a bargain price) an
proffessional upgrade of office 2000 (but dutch) .
I installed and and everything went well apart from one
thing ,Access gives me an error message upon
startup "Can't find Language DLL" All the other programs
are working fine . I searched the microsoft question &
answer database but couldn't find anything . I even tried
to repair or remove & add items from de program menu
nothing works . I hate to remove the complete program and
reinstalling it again just for this minor item . Anyone
has a clue ?
