"Customers who have licensed Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 are
eligible to downgrade to Office Professional Enterprise 2003 and all
previous versions as described above. Customers who have licensed Microsoft
Office Standard 2007 are eligible to downgrade to Office Standard Edition
2003 and all previous versions of Office Standard Edition."
Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything specific to just Access. In any
case, you'd be better off contacting Microsoft directly. Go to
http://www.microsoft.com and select Contact Us at the bottom of the page.
There should be a Product and Licensing Inquiries Phone link (under Sales
and Licensing). I've give you a more specific URL if I could, but it
automatically detects where you are from your IP address and directs to a
local page, and I'm sure your local page and mine will be different.
