Access Limits?

Is there a limit on how large a database can be? I have a
file of sales detail that will be well in excess of 1
million records before the end of the year. I am wondering
if I will eventually tax Access beyond it's ability to
return accurate results.

It's not how many records you have, but what the full size of the Db
is; forms, tables, reports, etc.

In Access 97, 1 Gigabit

In Access 2002 and 2002, 2 Gigabit

I would be reluctant to use JET Back-End if you are looking at dynamically
adding 5000 Records per day but this depends on how much data is stored in
each Record.

How many users do you have working on the DB concurrently?

Remember the size limit as per Fred also.
