access linces for office pro 97

I have install office 97 pro, every thing works fine but for access! on the
start-up it tells me:ms-office will not start because theres no linces on
this computer. What you need to know is that i am installing office in\on a
new computer. Please help. ihave unstall and install many times with-out
sucess!
