Access Logo replacement not to display on start up

Logo Off

How do you turnoff the logo of Access 97 or Access 2000
when you hit MSAcess.exe?
Or replace with another logo?

Create a bmp file with the same name of your database file
and place in the same folder. set up a link to your
database and load that and then your logo will appear if
you load the access application first and them the
database the access logo will appear.
