Access newbie - lost Field Properties & Property Sheet

Hi,

I'm teaching myself Access 2007, everything was going well until a few
minutes ago when I closed the Field Properties and the Property Sheet. I've
looked through the program and can't see how to open them.

Can anyone tell me how?
