Access not Loading

I have reinstalled OfficeXO Professional 2002. All programs load and work
properly except Access. It goes in a loop stating "Prepairing to Install"
Than throws me out. I have run repair, uninstalled and reinstalled,
installed Microsoft update and the same thing happens. I am using the
original CD that I purchased. Any suggestions?
