access object dependencies

I have a very complicated report with many sub reports and many queries
generating data in these. I can bring up the object dependencies window to
look at the path for this report, but I would really like to generate a
report with this dependency information. How can I create this report, or is
this capability already a feature I can't find? (access 2007)

There's really nothing built into Access to do what you're looking for.

Thanks for the quick resoponse. Does this mean no untilities exist inside
access already? Yes this purchase thing looked good- no really good. but
I
doubt I would use most of what's there, so that's kind of too big an
answer.

Hi George,

...but I doubt I would use most of what's there...

Disclaimer: I have no business relationships with FMS, Inc.

If you do any significant amount of design work with Access, even 3 hours
per week, I would venture to say that you would find this product very
useful....especially if you support databases that other people create. I
have used Total Access Analyzer for 7 years now. Sometimes I use it several
times a week.

That said, the free CSD Tools will allow you to print a report that includes
all reports in your database, with the following listed:

Report name
Description
Created Date
Recordsource

Although this tool has not been fully regression tested in Access 2007, I am
told by the author, Jeff the Access Junkie, that it seems to work okay in
Access 2007. So, you might try it and see what you think:

Name Autocorrect theoretically promises much in this regard, but it
screws things up so badly in so many different ways that it is
completely unusable.
