1. Check the settings of the ODBC DSN in the second
computer. The same name doesn't mean a thing. The 2 ODBC
DSNs with the same name can have completely different
settings.

2. Test the connection of the ODBC DSN in the second PC.
At the end of the configuration process, you have the
option to test the connection.

3. Check what kinds of authentication that your ODBC
Source uses , i.e. Windows authentication / SQL Server
authentication ... If Windows authentication and you use a
different (Windows) UserID to log in, make sure this
UserID has permission to the database.
