Not sure what you are asking. Sure, you can create one database and use the
same structure for more than one company. Give us more details.

Not sure I understand your question. Please define "use".

If this is a license question, separate companies must have separate license
to use the Access product.
There is an option where you can buy the developer's edition (it's called
something else, I'm not up on the terminology). This edition allows you to
develop an Access application, distribute it with the Access runtime to as
many separate companies as you wish.

Only if the 2 companies share the same computer.

If you write a database and want to share the tables between multiple
companies, all you need to do is add a field that identifies the main table
records so that you know which company they belong to.
