Access, Open Form with add Record

I would like to have my form open without showing the previous records that
was created, rather have the form open and ready to add new record.

If you don't want the user to be able to see previous records at all, use
Data Entry mode. If you just want the form to open at the end of your
current table with the ability to go back and look at previous records, use
AddNew

Terry, first, open your Form in design view, then select "Form" in the list
from the property window.
Then click "Event" tab. Click the field that says "On Open", then click on
the 3 dotted lines at the end of the field. A new window (Choose Builder)
will open. There are 3 choices which are Expression, Code and Macro Builders.
Click on Macro builder. on the new window, under the Action column, click on
the first row (field) and from the drop down list, select on "GoToRecord".
Then below the window, you can see "Object type, Object Name," etc. On the
field that corresponds to "Record" select "New" then save your macro. Save
the form, then close it. Try to open it again, and you will see that the form
is now ready for new records. Good Luck!!
