Access open licence reinstall

I have Access 2003 5-pack installed from CD with VLK. I need to uninstall
from one machine and reinstall on another, but it doesn't work and nobody
from Microsoft will tell me how to do it unless I pay more than it's worth.
Help!

Exactly, what do you mean by "doesn't work"?

Thanks Carey. I have uninstalled from one PC (where it was installed in
error). When I load on the new PC and enter the VLK I get a simple message
"Access 2003 unavailable" (with a red cross in front of it). When I
continue, it appears to install something, but it isn't Access. When I call
the number my reseller gave me, they ask me to read something off a screen
which never appears. All I need is to know the procedure I need to follow
for uninstalling from one machine and installing on another.
