Access Opens Minimized

I don't know why but my Access Database started Opening Minimized into a
little tiny rectangle and when i maximize it the window with the tables etc
is also minimized. I then maxi mize that and the frame that list
tables,queries, reports etc is moves over slightly so that the complete words
cant be read, i have to reposition this too.

I don't know what happened. How do I fix this?

Access will normally open in the state it was in when closed. This can be
overridden by code in the database or by properties in the shortcut used to
launch Access.
