access or import previous ost

we have a new employess came with a ost instead pst of his mailbox at
previous work. I think he was using OL 2003 with cache mode. We use OL 2003
but not cache mode. Now, he needs to access his ost and put whatever inside
into his mailbox or a new pst. Any idea how to do it?

the ost only works with the mailbox acct that created it. The employee would
have needed to export it to a pst before leaving their old job.

They'll need to buy an OST to PST converter.
