Access Paste Options from keyboard

Office 2003 has a great feature - when you paste something, a little
clipboard shows up next to what you pasted that lets you select the
Paste Options. These are usually something like:
- Keep Source Formatting
- Match Destination Formatting
- Keep Text Only
Is there any way to get to these options using the keyboard?

Does version 2003 have a "Paste Special" command in the Edit menu? If so,
that should do the trick.
