Access Permissions of groove 3.1 workspace using webservices using

Hi All,
I am currently developing a custom tool that migrates all the files and
folders from a Groove 3.1 workspace.

Currently I am able to access all the files using the GrooveFilesBase64 web
service. I want to access all the properties like (permissions assigned to
each role)of the Folders that are available in the workspace.

How can I achieve this and what web service do I have to use?
