ANIMALSCIENCES

I have microsoft office 2007 home and school edition. I need to use Access
now and see that I can buy just Access but I was wondering if it will work
with the edition of office I have or do i need to buy a new version?

Home and Student isn't upgradeable tho - I would think that cross-grading
wouldn't be allowed either. I know what the website says but we got the
official word about HSE a couple of weeks ago.

Hi JoAnn,

Actually in a 2007 'cross grade' (Office 2007 product series, added product) scenario you should be able to use the Access
'upgrade' edition with the Office 2007 Home & Student edtion to install the crossgrade.

=========
Who were you asking and couldn't answer? You can't use an upgrade version
but full version, yes.

Hi JoAnn,

Cross grades are supported. The 'official' word was a change for upgrades from the original 'official' word :)
