Does anyone know of a good program to use to link the information from Access to Quickbooks?

There are some out there and you can roll your own. The newer versions
apparent support XML, older versions use a QuickBooks format that works but
is poorly documented, unsupported by them and dangerous.

MYOB on the otherhand offers seamless and easy access through ODBC.
