Access remains in task list upon quitting app

Access 2000 remains in the task list as a process after I
quit the application. I have SP3 installed (which is
suppose to fix similiar problem when calling the Quit
method).

This only happens in my app when I go to a form that has
subforms.

This was originally a Access 97 DB application that has
since been converted to Acess 2000.

Any ideas.TVM
