Access Report won't resize to legal

I'm stumped. I have an Access Report that is in landscape letter and I need
it to be in landscape legal. I've tried through the page setup to change
this but it always reverts back to letter and gives me blank pages. I've
tried narrowing the left and right margins, no luck. Gremlins maybe?
