Access Report won't show checkbox data in Word document

I have created a report in Access and exported it as RTF to give me
Word version of my report. The original report has checkbox data whic
is viewable in the Access display mode, but is not present in the Wor
document that I exported. Please help if you have any ideas.

Yes, Jameson, when you export to Word, all the graphical elements are
discareded, including lines, check boxes, and images.

There's a very simple solution here:

The idea is to use a text box in place of a check box, and use the Wingdings
font to get the check box character. Because it's a text character, it
exports fine to Word.
