Access resetting page setup values

We are using Access 2003 with a SQL 2000 backend. We have a report that is a
label that print on a user defined paper size of 4 x 8 and is printed to the
default printer, which is a zebra label printer. We do not have the printer
here and never open or view the report. When we deliver to another site (who
has the printer) they always have to reset it up in page setup.

I know in 2000 if you compact and repaired it would re-set. Any ideas? I
thought about making it go to a specific printer and or loading the print
driver here , does nayone think that would work.
