A week ago I sent the question regarding update the access runtime from this
site. There is still no answer from microsoft. So I wonder what is the
benefit of using the genuine product since there is no support available
which is the same as using the piracy one.

You need to be using a legitimate Microsoft product
since pirated versions are often corrupt and have missing
or altered files. See the following:

What was the question? Could state the problem again so that we can try
if there is a solution.

With pirated software you are likely to have lots of problems apart from
getting it activated and getting the viruses on one CD.

You seem to be a bit confused as to where you are and whom you are
addressing.
1. This is a user to user assistance newsgroup not "Microsoft technical
support".
2. You "don't" update anything from this "site" (except your knowledge
level).
3. As with any product, any "official support" is always provided via
"official channels".

So, with those items in mind what is it you would like the other users
(us) to help you with?
