I have a user trying to open an existing database with
Access 2000 runtimes. They double click on the .mdb file
and they get a blank grey window. They have a File,
Window, and Help menus, but no database opens. No error
messages, just the blank window.
Another user with a nearly identically configured system
can open it fine, and the dept manager can open it with
the full Access 2000.
