Access should use the printer's default settings or have its own.

everytime i print a report from access i have to configure the printer!
there has to be a way to set a default configuration for the printer or have
the printer use the default printer preferences from the system.

If you open your report in design view & then configure your printer, when
you save the report, the printer configuration will be saved with it & used
when the report is printed.
