Access Stops Confirming Form and Report Changes

Access suddenly stops asking for confirmation to save
changes made to forms, reports, queries, etc. If I reboot
then it works again for a while then stops (haven't been
able to figure out what makes it stop working).

Is there an option to check, etc. What could be causing
this? Better yet, how do I stop it.
