Dear all
I am using access 2003 and running a program call Pawcom. I created a report
that come together with item sub total and grand total. The report look find
in access report viewer. However, the column are too small with each other. I
export out the database to excel. The report came out fine, however, the sub
total and grand total are one column behind the database, which mean the
database appear in the database are fine, however, when come to sub total and
grand total the amount are one column behind due to a text in front of each
category.
Anyone know how to elimate or disable the text for sub total or grand total.
For example: the amount is appear as follows:
Item ID Quanitiy
1234 10
1223 10
Sub Total Of Quantity 20
This is due to "Sub Total for Quantity" had occupied the coloumn in end of
Quantity. Please assist and help.
