Access survey console

Hi Guys,

I am scoping out the idea of creating a survey console in access.

I would like the employees to access a survey and complete the survey
questions. Each question has to be timed and should be displayed. Also the
progress of the survey needs to be displayed.

Is this possible in Access? If so does anyone have a demo of sorts?

Thanks
Albert

Regardless of how you eventually present your survey to users (graphical
user interface design), the underlying database holding the survey questions
and responses will benefit from a well-normalized design (Access expects
normalized data).

Here's a link to a survey/questionnaire/test database Duane H. has provided:

Thanks Michael.

If you have any other links for surveys please send but in the mean time it
looks like I have much work to do?

Cheers
Albert
